A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 14:00 on October 19, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol from the victim E (the age of 58), the head of the safety team of the bicycle race track in Seoul, Jung-gu, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s bicycle race track business by blocking access on the ground that he was under the influence of alcohol from the victim E (the age of 58).

B. On November 14, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s bicycle race track business by blocking access from the victim G, the team leader of the bicycle race track, on the ground that he was drunk from the victim G, the team leader of the safety team of the bicycle race track, and by blocking the victim’s access to the bicycle race track business by blocking a large amount of five minutes of the bicycle race track entrance and blocking the victim’s access to the bicycle race track business.

C. On November 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s bicycle race track business by blocking access on the grounds that he/she was drunk from the victim G; (b) putting him/her into a large voice to the victim; and (c) blocking the victim’s access by blocking the entrance and exit of the bicycle race track for about five minutes; and (d) hindering the victim’s bicycle race track business by blocking the victim’s access by blocking the passage of other customers.

On November 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s bicycle race track business by blocking access on the ground that he/she was drunk from the above victim G on the ground that he/she was drunk from the above victim G on November 20, 2014; and (b) taking a large voice to the victim; and (c) 5 minutes of the bicycle race track entrance, blocking the victim’s entrance and exit; and (d) obstructing the victim’s bicycle race track business by blocking the victim’s entrance and exit.

E. On December 25, 2014, the Defendant was forced to enter the bicycle track on December 25, 2013:17, on the ground that the Defendant was drunk from the said Victim G, and the Defendant was the victim.
