Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant shall be a private hospital doctor who opened a hospital E from September 1, 2003 to Jinwon-si, Changwon-si, Jinwon-si, and opened a hospital E from Sep. 1, 2003, and operates a hospital with the inner medicine of 96 sickbeds as the main specialized department.
In spite of the fact that the Defendant, among the inpatientss, was undergoing only hospitalization and received normal medical treatment by F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M,O, P, and Q, the Defendant had been able to request the National Health Insurance Corporation to receive medical care benefits by deceiving the victim as if they were engaged in normal hospitalized treatment.
The Defendant, from March 6, 2012 to March 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) hospitalized patients for 23 days from around March 6, 2012 to around March 28, 2012; and (b) received 18,586,680 won from the victim of the National Health Insurance Corporation by claiming medical care benefits from the National Health Insurance Corporation after receiving 1,914,620 won, even if there was no fact that 12 patients, such as marine F, had received normal medical care, even though he/she did not receive medical care.
2. As to the crime in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) hospitalized in E hospital with “ alcohol liver and Notice Blood Madrostosis” from March 6, 2012 to March 28, 2012; (b) demanded the victim Samsung Life Insurance to receive KRW 2,730,000 by filing a claim for a hospitalization daily allowance against the victim Samsung Life Insurance; and (c) received KRW 9,240,000 by being hospitalized in four times; and (d) was hospitalized in the same veterinary method.
G, H, R, S, I, J, K, L, M, M, N,O, P, and Q, a total of 14 persons, including G, H, R, I, K, K, L, M, P, and Q, by deceiving the victim insurance company as shown in the attached list 2, and by allowing them to receive a total of 95,40,181 won.
