Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Fraud and the National Health Insurance, had known of his resident registration number B through who was in mind at a hospital using his personal information, to receive medical treatment at a hospital.

On January 9, 2007, the Defendant: (a) received medical care at the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 146 medical care hospital; (b) completed the above B’s resident registration number on the part of the employees of the above hospital; (c) provided that employees of the above hospital claim KRW 52,780 to the National Health Insurance Corporation for reimbursement of medical care benefits to B; (d) provided that employees of the above hospital claim for reimbursement of KRW 52,780 in the name of the victim for reimbursement of medical care benefits to the National Health Insurance Corporation; and (e) from that time to October 5, 2015, the Defendant provided the National Health Insurance Corporation with the total of KRW 4,650,558, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table; and (e) received insurance benefits by fraud or other improper means.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, around January 9, 2007, received medical treatment using the victim’s resident registration number at around 16 times in total as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 16, as shown in the following: (a) at the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Medical Corporations for the Medical Corporations, the Seongdong Medical Foundation for the Medical Care Foundation, (b) notified the victim’s resident registration number to the person who was absent from the name of the above hospital, while engaging in the Defendant’s happiness B; and (c) from that time, the Defendant received medical treatment by using the victim’s resident registration number at around

Accordingly, the defendant used the victim's resident registration number unlawfully.
