A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:50 on November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s D (the 57-year-old relationship with the mother of the Defendant; (b) laid the telephone machine on the floor of the singing room; and (c) laid the singing room management device, etc. under the knicker’s supervision into the floor in hand; and (d) destroyed the victim’s flapsing and pushed down, thereby damaging the glass in the singing wall.
