Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highest 861"
1. On March 10, 2012, around 03:35, 2012, the Defendant thiefed the victim C with drinking alcohol at the Embel located in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Mapo-si, and Mapo-si with drinking alcohol at the Feling entertainment drinking house working for the Defendant, and went to the said Mana-si, and the victim spawned into the said Mana-si, thereby leaving the victim’s inner spawn, and 50,000 won in cash.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
2. At around 04:31 on March 10, 2012, the Victim(s) BGF Capitalnet, the Victim(s) theft against Korean Electronic Finance, and the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) entered the victim’s Samsung Card in the name of C, which was stolen, as described in the preceding paragraph, into the cash payment period for the cash payment period for the YGF Capitalnet Management, and received KRW 300,000,000,000,000 from that time, using the Samsung Card in the name of C and the bar card in the same manner as indicated in the annexed crime list, and then withdrawn KRW 12 times in total by using the same method, from that time until 05:39 of the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards and stolen a total of 4 million won.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, makes a false statement to the victim, obtained the victim's physical fitness card from the victim, and around 23:34 of the same day, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
