A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 28, 1982, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for special larceny at Seoul Southern District Court, 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment for special robbery at Seoul Central District Court on April 3, 1992, 2 years and 3 years of imprisonment for special robbery at Seoul Central District Court on August 17, 2001, 2 years of imprisonment for special larceny at Seoul Central District Court on November 23, 2007, and 3 years of imprisonment for special larceny and Specialized Credit Finance Business Act violation. On October 13, 201, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.
1. At around 18:20 on March 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted the above body card in a cash withdrawal machine from the Korean bank, in which the victim C is located; (b) stolen the password from then then; (c) stolen the above body card from the victim to his/her hand; (d) stolen the above body card from the victim to his/her hand; and (e) then withdrawn it from the victim’s body card at the 176-3 station located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 176-3 at the 176-3 station basin of the Korean National Bank of Korea, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 200,000 won, in cash withdrawal machine that the victim managed and operated at the 176-2000,000 won.
2. At around 17:30 on March 24, 2012, the Defendant entered the said cash card in the amount to be withdrawn and then withdrawn 400,000 won in cash by means of inserting the said cash card in the cash withdrawal machine managed and operated by the victim electronic finance of the Republic of Korea on the same day, after inserting the cash withdrawal card into the two cash withdrawal points located in the 2nd place of the YY, Busan-si, Busan-si, Busan-si, the second floor of the bicycle race track where the victim D was located, and then withdrawing the cash withdrawal.
3. On March 24, 2012, the Defendant put a credit card of a national bank into the cash withdrawal machine at the victim E at the point of origin of the bicycle race on March 24, 2012 and then set a password at the time of withdrawing cash.
