1. Defendant C and the Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association jointly share KRW 21,000,000 to Plaintiff A and Defendant C with respect thereto.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Defendant C entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant Association to compensate for property damage to a transaction party by intention or negligence during the period of mutual aid between September 7, 2011 and September 6, 2012, when it engages in real estate brokerage with the name of “E”. Defendant D is a licensed real estate agent operating real estate brokerage business in the trade name of “F”, and the period of mutual aid agreement between the Defendant Association to compensate for property damage to a transaction party within the limit of KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000.

B. On May 1, 2012, Plaintiff A’s lease agreement was concluded with Defendant C, the broker of Defendant C, and the Seo-gu Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H multi-family house (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”).

) A lease agreement under which subparagraph 205 is to be leased at KRW 70 million, and the lease term from June 18, 2012 to June 17, 2014 (hereinafter “instant first lease agreement”).

(2) On May 29, 2012, Plaintiff A obtained a fixed date in the first lease contract of this case, and paid the lease deposit to G on June 18, 2012, and completed the move-in report on the same day.

C. On February 16, 2012, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with Defendant D (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with the effect that the instant multi-family house 303 is to be leased by setting the lease deposit of KRW 75 million and the lease period from March 4, 2012 to March 3, 2014 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

(2) On March 4, 2012, Plaintiff B paid all the lease deposit to G, and completed a move-in report on March 14, 2012.
