A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on May 12, 2015, at the “D” restaurant parking lot located in the Nam-nam Sinpo City, for the reason that the victim E (15 years of age) came to see; (b) the victim sees the Defendant’s wife’s desire to “bring the same age as that of the Defendant,” and sees that the victim’s wife “brings, booms,” and booms the victim E’s face with drinking and booms; and (c) the victim’s head was 6 times the victim’s cell phone.

As a result, the defendant put the victim E with multiple gamblings that need to be treated for about three weeks.

2. Crimes committed on or around December 30, 2014;

A. The Defendant used the F’s driver’s license to open a mobile phone in F’s name.

On December 30, 2014, the Defendant entered the name “F”, “J”, “F”, “F on the statutory date of birth”, “F” and “F” in the customer column, and “F” in the customer column with the name attached thereto, on a new service contract operated by H in Sinpo City G, and on the paper of the terminal installment sale contract, which was kept therein.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two new contracts for telecommunication service in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations, and two contracts for terminal installment trading (portable telephone number M and N), respectively.

B. The Defendant’s uttering of a documentary investigation document above 2-A

At the time, place, and place stated in the subsection, each of the foregoing forged T service new contracts and two copies of the terminal installment trading contract, each of which was duly formed, was held by the agency staff O who knew of the forgery.

C. The Defendant’s fraud 2-A

A mobile phone shall be made in the name of F to the personnel of the above agency operated by the victim H at the time, place, and at the time and place stated in the paragraph.
