The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged is that the defendant assault and insultd the victim F, who was in the order of the defendant to calculate in Eart in Ansan-si, the 18:30 on May 18, 2018.

The crime of assault and insult shall not be punished if it is against the victim's own will or if the complaint is revoked, on November 23, 2018, the victim had expressed his/her intention not to prosecute and revoke the complaint. As such, Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act and Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the same Act regarding insult among the facts charged, the prosecution shall be dismissed.
