The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is that the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim B by stating that “Cyptyp typ, sick, deader, etc., is so many people,” at the loading and unloading site of the old Agricultural and Fishery Products Wholesale Market at the Dongi-si, Dongi-si, Dongi-ro 136, Dongi-ro, Dongi-ro, Dongi-ro, e.g., around 05:00.”

The offense of insult is an offense subject to victim's complaint (Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act), and the victim cancelled the complaint on August 11, 2015, which was after the prosecution was instituted, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
