around 13:00 on May 3, 2019, the Defendant stolen the Defendant with items, such as game factoring amounting to KRW 7,687,00,00, a total market price of eight times from October 13, 2019, in the “L” located in K of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which had 820,000, total market price of KRW 820,000, which had been placed in the line due to the gap in which the surveillance of the victim M, who is the store manager, was negligent, and stolen it thereafter.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
