Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a foreigner with large nationality who handles narcotics.

On May 5, 2018, the Defendant conspiredd to import Megatoo (one Handphone; hereinafter “Handphone”) which is a local mental medicine medicine in Taiwan to Korea, along with the name influenites who were in Taiwan, and to instruct the Defendant to enter Korea to transfer Handphones to other persons with the name influences, after concealing the Defendant’s body Handphones, and to take charge of the Defendant’s entry into Korea by concealing Handphones according to the above name influences, and the Defendant’s act of transmitting Handphones.

Accordingly, on May 5, 2018, the person who was influor of the name was influor of the name but was influoral phone Nos. 1,980.66 g (market price equivalent to KRW 99,03,00) prepared in B hotel rooms located in Taiwan-gu, B around the new wall on May 5, 2018, sealed the Defendant on board the roof, such as the Defendant’s vessel, etc., with both buckbucks.

In addition, on May 5, 2018, the Defendant concealed philophones as above, boarded Wlophones into Korea through the Kim Poon International Airport located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu 38, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, on the same day, around 12:35.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with the above-mentioned person in order to import philophones.
