A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a foreigner with large nationality who handles narcotics.

On July 2018, the Defendant: (a) planned to import Mebanes (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) to use a Meblopon (one philopon; hereinafter “Wlopon”); (c) to use a Mecopon transport Mecopon (one philopon; hereinafter “B”); (d) to send a Mecopon to Cambodia; (c) to use a Mecopon; (d) to conceal the Melopon transport Melopon; and (d) to instruct the Defendant to send a Mecopon to another Mecopon after entering Korea by concealing the melopon; and (e) to use a melopon by concealing the melopon in accordance with the direction of the Mecopon; and (e) to act as a person responsible for carrying the melopon.

On July 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a person without the above name (hereinafter “B”) to bring about USD 50,000,00 ($ 1,800,000,000) on the face of the week; and (b) accepted such proposal; and (c) entered the Republic of Korea as Cambodia in the middle of July 2018.

On July 15, 2018, the above name French boxes (hereinafter “C”) concealed approximately 1,92.23 g (market price equivalent to 99,611,500 won) of philophonephones prepared in advance in the hotel guest room near Cambodian gue Flaps, and stored them in 6 grobbbbbbbbbbs, etc., with the Defendant’s distribution, etc., and then allowed the Defendant to board on board the Korean line.

Around July 15, 2018, the Defendant 23:20 on July 15, 2018, while concealing phiphones as above, boarded on D Part at the International Airport of Cambodia, and entered Korea through the International Passenger Terminal of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon (272) around 06:45 on July 16, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with the above-mentioned person without his name.
