Punishment of the crime

1. On March 10, 2018, Defendants A, B, and C planned to import chophones into the Republic of Korea in collusion with their name-free large volume narcotics supply books in sequence. The Defendants planned to import chophones into the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the above person under whose name is influencing the body of the carriage of phiphones from Manman to Manman, and entering the Republic of Korea; Defendant B and C are hiding the body of philops and transporting them to the Republic of Korea; Defendant A was on board the aircraft such as the above carriage buphones; Defendant A was to take the role of recovering philops imported from the air transport raculs in advance after the above carriage raculs had gone out the airport; and Defendant A was charged with the role of monitoring philops imported from the air transport raculs in advance. However, the evidence of the judgment alone proves that Defendant A was in charge of monitoring philops transport raculs to the extent that there is no reasonable doubt.

It is difficult to see, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

However, this is merely a case where Defendant A’s degree of participation and method of participation in each crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes reduced part of the facts charged. Thus, it did not separately state the part of innocence, but instead revised the facts acknowledged by evidence and recognized it.
