A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry, and two years of suspended execution on January 5, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 28, 2013.

B From October 31, 2010 to November 3, 2010, at the first floor below the building C, a game not classified “37 beta” was installed and operated, and all of the above game products were seized on November 3, 2010 by police officers in charge of Silung Police Station around 20:10 while running a business, B opened a game room on the first floor below the above building, which was controlled by Defendant, F, G, H, and S, as above, around November 3, 2010, and B opened a game room at the first floor below the above building, and B made money investment from I, and the Defendant, F, G, and H were stationed in the above game site, and made up for share of customers by advertising the game site, and 30% of the profits of H, 30% of the profits of H, and 40% of the above 30% of the profits of H, 30% of the above profits, and 30% of the above profits.

Accordingly, around November 9, 2010, G introduced to B a person who installed a “sea-to-sea” game machine in the above game room, which he knows, and B had F buy 42 computers which can carry out the “sea-to-sea-to-sea” game from the said installer by telephone to the said installer, and installed it in the above game room.

In collusion with B, F, G, I, H, and J as above, the Defendant offered 42 game 'marine out-of-sea gate’, which was not classified in the said game from November 9, 2010 to November 11, 2010, to customers who set up 42 game 'marine out-of-sea gate’ and find it out.
