Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the business of the illegal game room in Msan-si B, and C is the unemployment of the above game room, and D is the president of the above game room.

On November 23, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, proposed that D will offer 15-2 million won per day during the period of operating a game room, and 5 million won if he is detained by an investigative agency and detained as the president, and D accepted this.

On November 28, 2013, according to C’s instructions, the Defendant leased a house located in the Masan-si, Yongsan-si, Masan-si, and thereafter, C installed the 13 unit “Yama-si,” and the 7 unit “sea-to-sea,” etc., with D, who is the president of the Bama-si, and worked as an employee at the above game site.

Accordingly, in collusion with C and D, from November 30, 2013 to December 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) installed 20 Dox 13 games without being classified by the Game Rating Board in the said game site; (b) provided a mobile phone text message to many unspecified customers using a mobile phone text message; and (c) provided them for the use of the game site; and (d) provided them with the use of the game site by doing money exchange business with 4,500 won after deducting 10% of the money exchange commission (5,000 won) from the game point when customers obtain points through the game; and (e) provided them with money exchange business by doing so.
