A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Around June 2008, the Defendant operated an illegal game room using the “sea,” which is a speculative game machine, and was subject to tracking by an investigative agency. As such, the Defendant employed others and operated the game room again in the hinterland as follows.

1. On February 25, 2009, the Defendant: (a) on the first floor of the N-A-gu N-A-gu K-A-gu N-A-gu N-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

Accordingly, in collusion with H, I, J, K, L, etc., the Defendant was engaged in the business of giving financial benefits or losses to the users by using the speculative gaming machines.

2. On February 27, 2009, the Defendant of common criminal conduct with H, I, J,O, P and the same place as indicated in Paragraph 1, and install 55 game equipment, “sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-sea-to-port” type electronic machines, and operate the business in the same manner as described in Paragraph 1, and according to the Defendant’s instructions, I and J manage the employees as the manager of the game room and deliver the proceeds of the game room to H, and H deliver the proceeds to the Defendant, and P and P will take the heart of the customers.
