1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person engaged in the occupational death and bodily injury resulting from occupational negligence in the occupational categories and occupational injury resulting from occupational negligence in the occupational categories of digging skills.

On October 24, 2013, at around 14:15, the Defendant operated the above digging pool at G-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F, G, Seoul Special Metropolitan CityF on October 24, 2013, and operated the installation work of gate (water reservoir floodgate, approximately 260 km).

In such cases, Kwikseter's duty of care to prevent accidents, such as entering into and conducting work in order to prevent accidents, in preparation for the cases where he/she deserts (buet: a connecter operated with oil pressure so that he/she can easily stick off the burner of the softer) deviates from the end of the construction machinery, and falls from the body where he/she works in the surrounding area, he/she has a duty of care to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and without the driver’s license, left the head part of the victim H(52 years old) and the victim I (43 years old) who was engaged in material adjustment work in the vicinity of the clacker, leaving the boomer’s safety net at the clacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s blacker’s safety net.

Accordingly, the Defendant caused the victim H to die due to the above occupational negligence, i.e., e., brain ties, the two pel, and the pelle of the lower body, etc., and suffered injury to the victim I, such as the pelle of the left-hand pelle in need of approximately 14 weeks medical treatment.

B. The Defendant violated the Construction Machinery Management Act, as stated in paragraph (1) at the date and place specified in paragraph (1) and without obtaining a construction machinery operator’s license as stated in paragraph (1).
