1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 68,684,902 and KRW 50,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 18,684,90 from May 1, 2013, and KRW 18,684,902.

3. Period: Amount of contract on February 5, 2013, the scheduled date of completion of the project on September 6, 2012: Value-added tax of 1,352,065,00 won: 1,229,150,000 won: 122,915,000 won.

5. Contract deposit: 135,200,000 won (within two days from the contract date).

6. The period and method of payment of the completed portion 1) 135,200,000 won shall be paid within 2 days from the commencement of the construction work. 2) 135,200,000 won shall be paid within 2 days from the removal of the first floor structure (sb concrete).

3) 135,200,000 won will be paid within 2 days after the installation of the second floor structure (Slar concrete) by 135,200,000 won will be paid within 2 days after the installation of the third floor structure (Slar concrete) concrete.

5) 135,200,000 won will be paid within 2 days after the removal of the 4th floor structure (SDB concrete) from the 135,200,000 won will be paid within 2 days after the removal of the 5th floor structure (SDB concrete) concrete.

7) 300,000,000 won will be paid within 2 days after the completion of construction works, for external substitute garrising works and post-freshing construction works. 8) At the time of exchanging various certificates after completion of construction works, 50,000,000 won will be paid.

9) 5,665,00 won shall be paid upon completion of the construction approval. 9. The construction contract in this case includes 1/1,000 (the “1,000/1” in the instant construction contract), which appears to be a clerical error.

(2) On September 4, 2012, the Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s studio on the part of the Defendant, i.e., B and one plot of land on the ground (hereinafter “instant building”).

) New construction works (hereinafter “instant construction works”)

A contract for the instant construction contract was made. The main contents of the instant contract are as follows. The payment date of the sequence 150,000,000 on September 5, 2012 (the original payment date) were as follows: (a) 100,000,000 on January 11, 2013; (b) 170,000,000 on August 15, 2012; (c) 20,000 on February 8, 2013; and (d) 130,000,000,000 on September 13, 20, 200; and (d) 10,000,009 on February 25, 200,000; and (e) 10,000,000 on February 10, 204; and (e) the Defendant commenced the construction work in the instant case on March 13, 2010.
