Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 22, 2014, the Defendant leased the above factory to the victim D with a deposit of KRW 40 million and monthly rent of KRW 3.6 million.
However, since victims did not pay monthly rent and electricity charges to the defendant, they had the victim resisted against the victim.
