Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was the husband and wife of the victim C, and was divorced on August 8, 2016.

On September 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) told D1, operated in common name with the above victim, who was operated on the Daejeon Seodong-gu D1, Daejeon-gu D1 on September 26, 2016; and (b) ordered the said E to leave the factory; (c) obstructed the operation of the Washington factory by force for approximately two hours by blocking electricity at the electrical location of the said factory.
