A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

From February 27, 2013, the Defendant was the representative director of E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “E”) located in Cheongju-si (hereinafter referred to as “E”), and the victim F concluded a lease agreement with G, the present representative director of E, and then packaging the tax in the factory. Around March 1, 2013, the Defendant demanded the victim to leave the factory owned by E, on the ground that he/she concluded a contract for transferring the goods in the above factory and the factory to H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “H”) operated by the Defendant, on the ground that he/she continued operating the business in the above factory without leaving the factory under the lease agreement, and the victim was willing to interfere with the victim’s business by exercising force.

On March 22, 2013, at around 09:30 to 16:36, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s factory by force, such as parking the Defendant’s vehicle at the entrance of the above factory, making it impossible to pass by using sckes, piling the scke beamline at the entrance of the factory, preventing the victim from bringing in the necessary taxation for the factory business.
