A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the site of Suwon District Court on August 30, 2006, and on September 6, 2012, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the same crime and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two or more times for the violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. Around July 22:25, 2018, the Defendant was driving a B colon car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.15% from the 1km section to the front road of a cafeteria located in the Jindo-Eup, Jindo-Eup, Jindo-si, Jindo-si to the front road.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who owns B Coin with a car with a risk of driving.

No one shall operate any automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 22:25 on July 31, 2018, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance from the front road in Ansan-si C to the front road in the same Eup/Myeon Pyeong-do.

Around 01:08 on March 31, 2018, the Defendant driven a two-way vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 50 meters from the 50-meter section from the front of the Sejong-si Pung-dong B B to the front of the F elementary school located in E, at approximately 0.097% under the influence of alcohol.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who owns B Coin with a car with a risk of driving.

No one shall operate any automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance as stated in the foregoing Paragraph 1.
