1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the validity of the driver’s license is suspended from September 9, 2014 to November 27, 2014, the Defendant driven B knife car with approximately 20 km from the high-Eup/Myeon to the 715-1st road in Ycheon-si at Yangju-si on November 9, 2014, the Defendant driven B knife car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.073% under the influence of alcohol content.

2.
