A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.147% on blood alcohol level, proceeded with approximately 500 meters from the New District of Gwangju Mine to the front of Suwon-dong Bank.
