A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2013, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a chip car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.120%, and continued approximately 100 meters to the front of the Gechi-gu, Gwangju Mine but the same agricultural club as in front of the Suchip apartment.
