Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2013, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven a B-car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.105%, and continued approximately 500 meters to the front of the Nam-gu, Nam-dong, Namdong-dong, Namdong-gu, Gwangju, by driving the B-car with a alcohol concentration of 0.10%.
