A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant who violated the Automobile Management Act by unlawful use of air defense and the Automobile Management Act is C-owned by the Defendant’s Ma, which was operated by the Defendant around May 2018 at an insular area located below Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun

The registration license plate of the Plus 110cc motor bicycle was replaced by a string, and attached on the 49c motor bicycle.

Accordingly, the defendant used one registration number plate of two-wheeled automobile for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. At around 14:40 on September 30, 2018, the Defendant used the two-wheeled motor vehicle registration license plate attached to the two-wheeled motor vehicle, which was illegally used as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), on the 48-lane, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, and exercised it.

3. The defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the owner of a motorcycle attached with a registration number plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle, which is illegally used as stated in the above paragraph (1), and the motor vehicle owner shall not operate an automobile on the road where no mandatory insurance is subscribed.

Nevertheless, around 14:40 on September 30, 2018, the Defendant operated a 49c motor bicycle on a 48-lane, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.

4. On September 30, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven a motor bicycle from D Apartment-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, to the F day in the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, the Defendant driven a 49c bicycle without a driver’s license.
