A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on December 12, 2013, found one of the following: (a) the victim U lost cash 20,000 won; (b) credit card, resident registration certificate, and driver’s license, on the alleyway near AK at the same time in the same year; and (c) one of the walletss on the market price in which the victim U lost.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

2. The crime committed on December 16, 2013;

A. At around 18:00 on December 16, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: “W”, which is a mobile phone sales store located in V in the East Sea, stated “U”, “U”, “U”, the name and address of the bank name, “Y,” “Y,” “A”, “Z,” “Z,” “relevant,” and “user A,” and “U” in each signature letter of consent for personal (credit), personal information, location information, credit information collection, use, provision, handling, and marketing information received,” and signed on each of the “U” in each signature column of the written consent for personal (credit) information inquiry and provision.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract under U, a private document related to rights and obligations, a letter of consent on the inquiry of personal (credit) information, and the collection, use, provision, handling of credit information, and marketing information, respectively.

B. The Defendant at the above date, time, and at the above place, delivered the forged documents to AA from a mobile phone sales store employee who was aware of the forgery, and exercised them.

C. Fraud is forged, such as a U’s resident registration certificate and a new service contract, which the Defendant acquired from AA as set forth in paragraph (1) at the above date and at the above place.
