1. The Defendant terminated the title trust on December 18, 2014 with respect to the portion of 1/7 out of the real estate listed in the attached list to the Plaintiff.

1. On August 27, 1981, the Plaintiff indicated the claim under title trust with the Defendant, and the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 1/7 shares out of the above real estate on August 27, 1981.
