1. The Defendants shall enter the Plaintiff in the “share” column in the separate sheet of “the Defendant’s share” in attached Form 503 square meters in Osan-si.

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim in title trust with AE, AF, AG, AH, and AI, the real estate described in Paragraph 1 of the Disposition.

Meanwhile, upon the death of the above nominal truster, the Defendants inherited each share in the “shares” column in the separate sheet in the above real estate. The Plaintiff terminated the title trust with the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint in this case. As such, the Defendants are obliged to implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for each share in the separate sheet in the separate sheet of the Defendants among the real estate stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition.

2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
