1. On February 7, 2019, the Defendant violated the Military Service Act: (a) received a notice of enlistment in active service under the name of the director of the regional military manpower office in the name of Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, on March 5, 2019 from the Defendant’s residence located in the E apartment and F, and on March 5, 2019; (b) but did not enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
2. Around March 13, 2019, the defrauded posted a false statement to the effect that “The 2018 Malopropers sold 15 persons by accessing G carpets at an infinite place,” and that the Defendant would send the said goods to the victim B who had contacted with the Defendant.
However, since the defendant did not possess the above goods, there was no intention or ability to send the goods even if he receives the price for the goods from the victim.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 2,464,200 from the victim to the HUnion account (I) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received total of KRW 14,864,200 from around that time to April 11, 2019, as shown in the annexed Crime List 1, and received total of KRW 14,864,200 from the victims.
The Defendant, around April 28, 2019, sold “BMW 650 Obama 650 Obama with access to G car page using mobile phones at a place below Busan Metropolitan City on April 28, 2019.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 3 million won from the victim to the K Bank account (L) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and thereafter, was recorded in the list of crimes in attached Table 2 until May 25, 2019.
