Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) on February 21, 2017, using an opportunity for the door of the E vehicle parked by the victim D in front of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) opened a door of the said vehicle; and (c) took up one monst of a 600,000 won in cash owned by the victim on the part of the owner of the vehicle; (d) USD 150,00 in cash owned by the victim on the part of the owner of the vehicle; (e) USD 2,00 in NA; (e) USD 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1, 200 in KB national card.

(v) A theft was committed.

2. On February 21, 2017, at the H convenience store operated by the injured party G located in the Sinnam-si F, Manam-si on February 1, 2017, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and credit, 1 enlisted in the life of the injured party, and mergs in the mergs.

In purchasing property equivalent to the sum of KRW 5,700, as set forth in paragraph 1, 5,700, it presented the cam card owned by D, which was stolen, to an employee with the name of the above convenience store as if he was a legitimate holder, and it received the above property from the employee, and acquired it by fraud, and used the stolen debit card.

3. Attempted fraud.

A. Before February 21, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime in around 12:49 on February 21, 2017 at the J convenience store operated by the victim’s name in Sung-nam-si I on February 21, 2017.

When purchasing one copy, it attempted to obtain the stolen C&C card from the victim as the legitimate holder, such as paragraph 1, but was refused to obtain the stolen C&C card from the victim, but was attempted to obtain the property by means of the theft report.

B. On February 21, 2017, the Defendant committing the crime at around 13:07, at L convenience stores operated by the victim’s name in Sung-nam-si K on February 21, 2017, around 13:07, and operated by the victim’s name influence.

When purchasing one copy, it attempted to obtain the stolen C&C card from the victim as the legitimate holder, such as paragraph 1, but was refused to obtain the stolen C&C card from the victim, but was attempted to obtain the property by means of the theft report.
