A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who has no occupation or residence.
1. On March 11, 2016, the Defendant acquired the Agricultural Cooperative Co., Ltd. Card (532-1143 - 8941-8711) in the name of the Central Industrial Development in the name of the victim E in front of the “D cafeteria” located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu Seoul.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

B. On March 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco at the “K convenience store” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ on March 11, 2016; (b) used a credit card lost by having the victim prepare a sales pre-sale slip by suggesting it to the victim I, who is an employee, as he/she is the lawful holder; and (c) immediately used a credit card at the same time, which is equivalent to the total market value of KRW 135,00,000, total market value of the victim.
