Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall commit any act of smoking marijuana or marijuana seed coats.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. On March 2012, 2012, the Defendant’s Diver car parked in front of the house C located at Dongbcheon-si, Dongbcheon-si, as well as E, F, G, and C, reduced the initial part of five tobacco smokes in the vehicle E, G, and C, and as for marijuana possessed by E, approximately 0.5 g (gram) per 1,00,000 for each ma, smoking marijuana in a way that the eves are added by e-mail;

2. On March 2012, 2012, in the above-mentioned vehicle parked in the same place as paragraph 1 of this Article as E and C, smoking marijuana in a way that, by forming three expenses for “mariju tobacco” consisting of three items for each ma, containing approximately 0.5g (gram) for each e-mail, which is possessed by E, within the said vehicle, and inserting approximately 0.5g for each e-mail;

3. On November 23, 2012, parked at H on November 23, 2012, 18:00, in the above Aler’s car with E, less than the first part of the two tobacco smokes of the two pieces of tobacco and containing approximately 0.5g (gram) per each of the marijuana possessed by E in that car, and smoking marijuana in a way that each son’s fire is added to a smoke;

4. On November 26, 2012, at around 18:00, the said Orsa car parked in the same place as Paragraph 3, as the above Orsa car reduces the parts of the two tobacco smokes with E, and in which approximately 0.5g (gram) per each for the marijuana possessed by E, and smokes from marijuana in a manner that each part is added to a smoke.
