A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 80 hours of sexual assault treatment lectures.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. From the end of July 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing of cameras, etc.)

8. At the house of the defendant, the defendant, 105 Dong-dong 902, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 105, 902, the victim C (V, 21 years old), who was divingd at that place, took a photograph of the victim's body against the victim's will by using the recording function of the mobile phone owned by the defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant took photographs of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a mechanical device with a camera function as above, against his will.

B. Defamation Defendant was working for the Defendant who was located in Ulsan-gu E on 2014.

In the F Dental Hospital 8th floor, G, who is an employee of the 8th floor, had shown the victim’s body photographs taken in the above 1. A., and had damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out facts to the effect that “a sexual intercourse with the victim has occurred.”

2. Crimes against victims H;

A. (1) On November 14, 2014, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body pictures and sexually related video images against the victim’s will using the victim’s cell phone photographing function in the victim’s cell phone shooting room located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, and used the victim’s cell phone shooting function.

(2) On December 17, 2014, at the same place as above 2. A. (1) at the same time, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body pictures and sexually related video images against the victim’s will using the recording function of the cellular phone owned by the Defendant in the same manner.

(3) On February 2015, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s b body pictures and sexually related video pictures against the victim’s will by using the photographic function of the Defendant’s hand and boomer in the same manner as that of the Defendant’s house.

Accordingly, the Defendant is in total as above.
