A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on August 18, 2019, taken pictures of the victim on a 01:00 on August 18, 2019, using his/her opphone7 mobile phone camera functioned in his/her opphone7 mobile phone camera functioned in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, to take pictures of the victim’s sexual intercourse with C (the 26 years of age) against the victim’s will.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame using mobile phone cameras against the victim's will.

2. Around 09:20 on August 18, 2019, the Defendant sent a photograph of the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim’s sexually related video taken in Seoul, as described in paragraph (a) of the above Article, to Kakaooooo to Da, who was sent by the Defendant on August 18, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant provided the victim's body photographs which could cause sexual humiliation or shames taken against the victim's will.

3. The Defendant, on August 31, 2019, taken pictures of 07:00 on August 31, 2019, using his/her opphone7 mobile phone camera function, which was in possession of his/her opphone7 mobile phone rooms in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, taking pictures of the opical screen pictures against the victim’s will.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame using mobile phone cameras against the victim's will.
