Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 9, 2018, the Defendant embezzled the goods that he had possession of the victim without following necessary procedures, such as return to the victim, even though he/she acquired a red card tag, a resident physical card, and a resident registration certificate of the market price in the city, which was located in the platform No. 11 adjacent to KTX5, located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, 206 at the center of Busan-dong, and then embezzled the goods that he/she left the possession of the victim.

2. On July 9, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased 2-A tobacco equivalent to the market price of 8,600 won at the D convenience store located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, for the purpose of paying the price, the Defendant: (b) provided the victim’s name partner as if he/she was the lawful holder; (c) provided the national body card; and (d) purchased 1-Ick at the same place at the same time as 13:38 on the same day, at the same time as 13:50 won at the market price; (c) presented the above national body card; and (d) on the same day, around 13:44, 13:44 on the same day, purchased 1-Ack and balk-in tobacco equivalent to the market price of 5,600 won at the F convenience store located in Busan, and (d) provided the victim’s name and defective owner with the above credit card to pay the sum of KRW 15,70.
