A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall order the defendant to complete a child abuse treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant has operated the “E Child Care Center” in 110 Dong-dong 104, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Education Crimes (child abuse by persons engaged in child welfare facilities, etc.);

A. On January 29, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F (F) committed emotional abuse over 15 times in total, from that time until April 2016, 2016, on the ground that the Victim F did not grow rapidly as other children, around 12:16, on the ground that the Victim F did not grow rapidly as other children.

From the end of January 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I (the third-year-old) committed emotional abuse at the above child care center on the ground that the victim I’s mother was frequently found and annoyed by himself at the victim I’s child care center. From that point to February 2016, the Defendant committed emotional abuse at least six times in total, such as the attached list of crimes (IV).

E. The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim J (2) was boomed by the Victim J in the instant childcare center on April 2016 due to the date of the mid-to-mid order.
