A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On or before March 1, 2017, the Defendant served as a child care teacher of the E Child Care Center located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as a new nursery teacher consisting of one-year-old child, and as a leaf tobacco teacher consisting of five children aged 2 years of age after March 1, 2017.

1. Physical abuse;

A. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant 10:20, around 10:20, on the grounds that the instant child-care center food and the Victim F (the remaining and the age of 2) are not fooded well, the Defendant: (a) left food as a scam; (b) carried food in several consecutive occasions; (c) carried the cambling of the victim; (d) carried the scam back of the victim refusing to cam the food board; and (e) carried the food back to the wall; and (e) carried the food again, carried the cambling of the victim’s hand; and (e) carried the cambling and the knick.

B. On May 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:31, on the grounds that during the meal hours of the above childcare center, the Defendant did not drink this boomed, the Victim G (Y 2 years old); (b) as a debris, the debris by inserting food into the victim’s entrance; (c) as the injured party refuses to take food, the injured party is unable to sit up the victim into the receiving place; (d) the injured party was tightly pushed the victim by saving the food into the victim’s entrance; and (e) the injured party continued to drink the 30 minutes of food and drink; and (e) during that process, the injured party forced the victim to take a brush, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed a total of two times, a child victim F, a victim G, or a physical abuse that may injure the physical health and development of the body.

2. Emotional abuse;

A. On February 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) during eating hours at E Child Care Centers around 12:10 on February 8, 2017; (b) during eating hours, the Victim G refused to drink food; and (c) sits on a forced place by hand after the Victim G’s timbering on the spot; and (d) until the Victim’s quality was changed, food to the victim’s entrance.
