Defendant A and B Co., Ltd. jointly share 100,000 won for each of the plaintiffs listed in the separate sheet No. 2-1.

Basic Facts
Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) is a company established by financial institutions as a joint-invested company and engaged in credit inquiry business and credit investigation business as prescribed by the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act (hereinafter “Credit Information Act”). Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”), C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”), and D Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant D”) are companies engaged in business such as credit cards, pre-paid cards, debit cards, debit cards, sales, and management.
The plaintiffs listed in the separate sheet are those who have used or used credit cards, etc. after entering into a contract for use and financial transaction with the 1 through 3 companies of Defendant B, C, D (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendant Credit Card Companies”).
The concept of the card accident analysis system and the introduction card accident analysis system ("FDS") are introduced by all domestic card companies as a system to detect abnormal transactions or fraudulent use due to the theft, loss, and forgery of credit cards.
According to the FDS, a large amount of card use information and customer information based on the past accident transactions created an analysis model in accordance with statistical techniques, based on this, and based on the results, the card company will refuse to approve the card if it is discovered for any more types of transaction due to an accident pattern analyzed at the time of using the credit card.
In around 209, Defendant B entered into a development service contract for the FDS development of the FDS and the provision of credit card customers information through Defendant B through Defendant A with the need of the FDS, and entered into a development service contract to make the FDS that was newly established with Defendant A again on May 2012.
Defendant B is FDS.
