Defendant Nonghyup Bank Co., Ltd and A Co., Ltd. are individually listed in the separate sheet No. 1-1, respectively, 100.

Basic facts are Defendant’s national card, lot card, and Nonghyup Bank is a company engaged in business such as credit card, pre-paid card, debit card, issuance, sale, and management, and Defendant A is a company established by financial institutions jointly making investments, and is engaged in business such as credit inquiry and credit investigation under the Credit Information Use and Protection Act (hereinafter “Credit Information Act”).

Plaintiff

The plaintiffs stated in the list are those who have used or used a credit card, etc. after entering into a contract for use or financial transaction with the defendant's national card, lot card, and NongHyup Bank.

The concept of the card accident analysis system and the introduction card accident analysis system ("FDS") are introduced by all domestic card companies as a system to detect abnormal transactions or fraudulent use due to the theft, loss, and forgery of credit cards.

According to the FDS, a large amount of card use information and customer information based on the past accident transactions created an analysis model in accordance with statistical techniques, based on this, and based on the results, the card company will refuse to approve the card if it is discovered for any abnormal transaction due to an accident pattern analyzed at the time of using the credit card.

The conclusion of the FDS development service contract and the provision of information to the card customer information by the Defendant’s national card was made on January 30, 2013 after the introduction of FDS for the first time in around 2008, and the need of the PE was raised, and the purchase contract was made with the Defendant A on January 30, 2013.

The development human resources of Defendant A, including the project general manager B, engaged in the development of FDS from February 2013 to August 2013, and among them ① from February 2013 to March 2013, the Defendant’s national card located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government internal waters.
