1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Recognizing the facts as follows: (a) Defendant Samsung Card’s loan amount as of January 22, 2015, including short-term card loans 1,600,000 on short-term card loans on January 22, 2015; (b) Defendant Hyundai Card loans 8,000,000 on January 22, 2015; (c) short-term card loans 2,400,000 on January 22, 2015; (d) Defendant K non-National Card loans 700,000,000 on January 22, 2015; and (e) Defendant Samsung Card C non-Support loans 18,00,000,000,000 credit loans 30,000,000,000 credit loans on January 23, 2015; and (e) Defendant Hyundai Card loans 30,000,000 credit loan loans 130,3030,305.

A. The following loan transactions were made between the Defendants under the Plaintiff’s name, and accordingly, each of the loans was deposited in the national bank account in the Plaintiff’s name. On January 22, 2015, KRW 30,700,000 was transferred to B’s account, and KRW 7,750,000 was transferred to C’s account on January 23, 2015, and KRW 1,246,472 was deposited to C’s account on the same day.

B. The process of each of the above lending transactions is as follows:

(1) Defendant Samsung Card: Around January 21, 2015, Defendant Samsung Card was issued with an authorized certificate under the Plaintiff’s name through the Internet homepage of Defendant Samsung Card, and the credit card was applied for a loan by following the card number, password, CVC value input on the above website on January 22, 2015, and the certification procedure using the Plaintiff’s mobile phone certification or an authorized certificate.

(2) Defendant Hyundai Card: (a) since 2002, the Plaintiff was issued and used a modern card; (b) on January 22, 2015, the Plaintiff applied for a loan after obtaining certification from the mobile phone (D) in the Plaintiff’s name; and (c) thereafter, the Defendant Hyundai Card’s counselor called the said Plaintiff’s mobile phone in the name of the said Plaintiff, followed the process to enable the Plaintiff to enter the Plaintiff’s personal information (the latest use of the card, settlement bank, and settlement date) and then to enter the personal identification number.
