Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. by the Seoul Southern District Court, and the Defendant appealed, but the above judgment became final and conclusive on June 14, 2013 upon the dismissal of the appeal.

[Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving)] The Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven Bone Star Vehicle at a section of about 50 meters from the 09:0 on December 16, 2012 from the 171st street in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the 171st street.

[Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, Violation of the Road Traffic Act] On December 16, 2012, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on the road prior to 171, Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to drive on the 171-way sloped from the 171-way slope, and neglected his/her duty to do so, thereby neglecting his/her duty to do so on the left side of the Defendant’s course due to his/her occupational negligence, and thereby, damaged the damaged vehicle to take approximately two weeks back to the left side of the Defendant’s left side of the Defendant’s vehicle, and thereby, damaged the damaged vehicle to take up KRW 897,416 at repair expenses, such as pent.

[Unlawful Uttering of Official Documents] Around 09:00 on December 16, 2012, the Defendant requested the presentation of a driver’s license from F in the circumstance where he was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of the above traffic accident in front of 171, Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Seoul, Police Station E District Unit, and exercised the official document unlawfully by presenting the G driver’s license as his own.
