On October 22, 2013, around 22:46, the Defendant driven approximately 500 meters from the front road of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Gambang Gamb, Songpa-gu to the front road of about 95 Gamdong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.084%.
