A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on July 4, 2013, and is still under suspension of execution after the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 12, 2013.

1. On January 29, 2014, at around 09:30, the Defendant driven a C vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Gambadong Gambadong, Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the second front road of the Gambadong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, to a approximately 500-meter range of 500 meters.

2. On January 29, 2014, around 09:30, the Defendant: (a) controlled the vehicle driving on the front of the Hanjin Apartment Complex 2 complex; and (b) demanded a police officer D to produce the vehicle driver’s license from the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency affiliated with the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency; (c) presented the first class ordinary driver’s license, which is an official document issued by the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, to the said police officer as if he was the Defendant’s driver’s license.

3. On February 7, 2014, at around 08:25, the Defendant driven a f-hurged vehicle at the street in front of the rural village in the Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving the F-hurged vehicle.

4. On February 7, 2014, around 08:25, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of the 7-year E-dong East-dong East-dong, which was driven by G while driving the said Falbbbbbboo-ri vehicle on the street; (b) on the same day, upon receiving a report at around 09:00, the Defendant issued a demand to present the driver’s license from the police officer J who belongs to the I Zone of the Gyeonggi-do Police Station, called the I Zone, and presented the first class ordinary driver’s license of the said E, which was in possession, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.

5. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on February 7, 2014, signed the “E” on the column, which is the statement of the suspect interrogation protocol, for the purpose of exercising the aforementioned traffic accident after undergoing examination of the suspect, at the Gyeonggi Branch Police Station guard, traffic, and the traffic investigation team office, and signed the “E” on the name of the Defendant.
