2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties 1) The defendant is a doctor operating the F Hospital located in Suwon-gu, Busan. 2) At around G 15:30, the plaintiff A was born only with a qualitative organ at the F Hospital operated by the defendant, and the plaintiff B and C are the parents of the plaintiff A.
B. From December 12, 2012 to June 7, 2013, Plaintiff C, the early childbirth of 1988, was examined by the Defendant at the F Hospital from December 12, 2012 to June 7, 2013. In the Newborns' room, while supplying the gas to the plaintiff A through the childbed, the medical specialist of the child department arrives in the newborns' room around 15:32 on June 11, 2013.
