1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 3, 2011, Plaintiff A was suffering from brain damage, such as cerebral typhism, after being born at a subdivision hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”). Plaintiff B and C were the parents of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff D were punished by Plaintiff A.

B. Around 2002, Plaintiff B, who had given birth to 1.67 km at the Defendant hospital, was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital on December 9, 2010 and was diagnosed with Plaintiff A’s pregnancy, and continued to undergo a pre-industrial medical examination at the Defendant hospital. Plaintiff B was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital on March 4, 201, the 15th day of pregnancy, the 17th day of the 4th day of the 17th day of the 17th day of the 17th day of the 17th day of the 17th day of the 17th day of the 19th day of the 19th day of the 19th day of the 24th day of the 201th day of the 24th day of the 24th day of the pregnancy, and was hospitalized in the 15th day of the 195th day of the 205th day of the 201th day of the 1st day of the 20th day of the 200th day of the th day of the th day of the treatment.

3) After that, around 19:50 on June 2, 201, the 30th day of pregnancy, Plaintiff B hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on the ground of early balth of 19:50 on June 2, 201, which was the 30th day of pregnancy, there was a room of 1 cm and 70% for the galth of gym. At the time, Defendant Hospital’s medical personnel decided to proceed only with Plaintiff B, removed gympicing surgery, and began to administer gymto in order to induce only galth of 21:0 on the same day, and around 0:22 on June 3, 2011, the heart rate of gym of a fetus decreased from 60 to 140 minutes, and thus, Defendant Hospital’s medical personnel discontinued gymtoma to Plaintiff B on June 30, 2011.
