1. Basic facts

S Land has completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 19, 1961 due to the completion of repayment by U on December 30, 1955.

Applicant L land was divided into three hundred square meters in a ditch, 30 square meters in a M bank on December 23, 1997, and 70 square meters in a M bank;

Land is completed on June 11, 1993 by Defendant Republic of Korea.
