1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. According to the Land Survey Book prepared by the former Land Survey Ordinance, which is the title of the land before subdivision, the assessment title of the land before subdivision, the land before subdivision (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”) of each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”) is written by the following assessment title:
C, the land category of the land, the address of which is the address of the land category, the head of the Pakistan-gun of 345 square meters, 228 square meters G HP-gun of 553 square meters GHP-gun of 93 square meters GHP-gun of 93 square meters, J. 206, MNP-gun of 4,621 square meters (state)
B. Each of the above lands was enacted by Act No. 31 of Jun. 21, 1949, and was repealed by Act No. 4817 of Dec. 22, 1994; hereinafter “former Farmland Reform Act”).
(B) A division was made at the time of enforcement of the Korean War. The land cadastre of each of the above lands was destroyed and restored after the war. (2) Before 34th 345 Ga, the 345 Ga prior to the date of the war was divided into ① 69, ② Qba 147 (instant 1), ③ 129 Ga prior to the date of P, ③ 69, and 129 Ga prior to R.). The Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of the completion of repayment on November 21, 1963, and S completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of the completion of repayment.
C) Regarding Qba 147, the cadastral restoration was made on August 1, 1961. The old land category on the land cadastre was written as bank, building owner, and Seoul T. The land listed in attached Table No. 1 was the land through the conversion registration of the area and the change of administrative district (the same applies to other land).
In order to confirm whether division is divided, it is entered as "h" for convenience.
(D) Regarding Q Q 147, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership on October 13, 1995, No. 30700, which was received on October 13, 1995.
The registration of land after division shall be non-registered, 69 square meters before P. S. 21 November 1963.
